Give the recipient enough context to route your request
A clear first inquiry helps identify the type of provider you need. Include the project location, building type, stage and the service you are looking for.
A short inquiry checklist
- Location and service area.
- Project type and current stage.
- The scope you want a provider to discuss.
- Timing and important milestones.
- A budget range if one is available.
- A contact person and permission to share the inquiry with relevant providers.
Keep the first message focused
Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential drawings through a general inquiry form. Discuss document exchange directly with the provider once the scope and recipient are agreed.
Curtainwall.ca facilitates introductions; the provider and client define their own scope and agreement.
